IFRD 2018
I participated at my first IFRD in May 2018.
International Female Ride Day© (IFRD) is a campaign for women motorcycle riders across all cultures of the sport, with the purpose of highlighting and profiling the many numbers of woman riders enjoying the activity. It is an all brands, all forms, and all styles worldwide ride. All riders are invited to take part and join in on the universal ride day action of “JUST RIDE!©”

I must say it was amazing and I wish there are more days like this one. Organised by Celtic Sisterhood (Female Bikers of Ireland, Scotland, England & Wales) – we all met at Mullingar (Co. Westmeath, Ireland) and rode together through beautiful parts of Ireland.
Here is the route we did:

Some pics from the event (soo much purpleee!):
Nothing is complete without a group photo of course:
Kilbeggan Distillery (no drinking though, we were driving 😀 )
So many women who are just crazy about motorcycles in one place. Sharing tips, joking around, talking about routes and moto events – just brilliant! If you ever find someone who wonders something like this (Do women love riding motorcycles?) – please oh please, let them know how wrong is that question, to begin with. And you can send them the link to this blog even 😀
To summarise: I can’t wait for IFRD 2019 🙂
